Keep it movin' witches! (part 1) : Catalyst magic for home and your sacred spaces.

Willow and Wednesday Wise Women of Witch Bitch & Crone Season 1 Episode 9

Are you feeling tired? Unmotivated? That the things you used to enjoy aren't interesting anymore? This isn't an add for anti-depressants (while those are actual symptoms of depression- a real illness), its a symptom description of what stuck energy can look like.  Sometimes you or your home can experience spiritual constipation (all too common)/blockages and we're here with strategies to help you get that sh*t movin'! (Yes, we made a cheeky joke, puns are the stuff of life people).

In this episode we get into the details of energy flow and recognizing blockages/imbalances with some of Wednesday's favorite literary resources for this work and how to get your home's "energetic constipation" relieved with practical solutions that are often anything but fancy.  Willow shares stories of how this process worked in real time over the past three years from her personal experience and how quickly the results showed up. You don't need to be a feng-shui expert to tune in and refine your home's vibration, all it takes is a little common sense and patience. Wednesday walks you through the process of cleansing, moving, and keeping your home's energy flowing once you've put in all that work. Starting with your home's frequency is a great way to begin removing other roadblocks you might be experiencing in everyday life. Like it or not, your home is a reflection of your internal state- of- mind (and spirit).

We hope after listening you'll accept our challenge and test our theories, feel free to send in any feedback and before & after photos !  Of course, it wouldn't be us if we didn't include some of the ridiculous that we delight in so much, and some "not so dinner table appropriate" language to accompany our non-sense. This is who we are in real life too, we hope that helps you feel more comfortable and able to relate to our magical and mundane experiences. We're just everyday broads having a good time, and we make no bones about it. Be well!

Some resources that Wednesday mentions which could help you should you want more information are:
"Magical Housekeeping" by Tess Whitehurst
"Sacred Space" by Denise Linn
" Magical Household" by Scott Cunningham
